We’d like to get to know you! Please submit a video no longer than two minutes describing why you want to volunteer with the Social Engineering Community. Be sure to describe any skills that would be useful in volunteering, as well as any experience you have at other conferences. This isn’t a dealbreaker - we’re looking for the right fit, not the right connections. Please upload a video to YouTube or a similar service and paste the link in the box above. The link does need to be public so we can view it, but does not need to be listed.

Volunteer Agreements

I agree to be physically onsite at DEF CON 32 between August 8-11, 2024.

Selected volunteers may work with or near children during shifts. As such, I confirm that I have not been convicted of a felony and I agree and am willing to submit to a criminal background check.

I understand that I am responsible to pay for my own travel, expenses, and accommodations.

I will abide by DEF CON’s Code of Conduct (https://defcon.org/html/links/dc-code-of-conduct.html) at all times while operating as a volunteer with the Social Engineering Community.

I understand that if I do not follow DEF CON’s Code of Conduct or otherwise break the Volunteer Agreement risk disciplinary action up to and including expulsion from the village and referral to DEF CON leadership.
